Self Care Version 2.0
I hope the first week in 2017 is treating you all well and that you are jazzed about making this your best year yet.
Question - are you taking time for yourself right now? Maybe having some tea, meditating, taking a long hot bath with a glass of wine and a good book? How will you work this practice into your daily life in 2017?
Remember self-care is the key to your happiness. Without it we become worn down, tired, resentful, and begin to feel badly about ourselves. I know that we are all so busy these days but now is the time to really make sure you are giving you mind, body and soul the care and feeding that you need to sustain yourself.
Today I am sharing with you my 30 minute at home facial regime. We might not have the time or money this time of year to get to the spa for a facial so take 30 minutes once a week to give your self a little luxury in the comfort of your home and in your PJs!
